War for the Crown
War for the Crown
War for the Crown’s Training Plan is a five-card puzzle, not a battle. You equip up to five plan cards, the game resolves their effects in slot order, and the number it shows you is Σ Strength × Σ Technique.
- There is no opponent and no boss: the score is your own deck’s.
- The pool has 24 plans — 8 gold, 8 purple, 8 blue — each upgradeable from Lv 1 to Lv 6.
- Slot order matters. Some plans care about their position, their neighbours, or who acts before them, so the same five cards can score very differently in a different order.
The deck finder
Section titled “The deck finder”The Deck Finder takes the plans you actually own (and their levels) and returns the strongest five-card decks you can build, ranked by average power, with each deck’s min–max range and the best plan to level next.
It also imports your collection straight from in-game screenshots, and keeps the selection in a shareable link.
What the numbers mean
Section titled “What the numbers mean”- Average is the mean over every way the five cards can be ordered (and, for Destiny decks, over every re-trigger target). It is the number to rank by, because it is what the game itself displays.
- Top power is the luckiest single ordering. A high max on a low average is a deck that needs a perfect roll; don’t chase it.
- Min – max is the range across those orderings, shown as context.
- A deck’s score is
floor(sum / leaves)exactly as the game computes it, so the finder matches the in-game preview rather than approximating it.
Reading a deck
Section titled “Reading a deck”Each result lists the five plans in the slot order that produced the numbers, plus Destiny’s best re-trigger target where it applies. Order the cards in the game the same way — the finder already searched every arrangement, so the order it prints is the one to copy.
